WeRISE App, developed by HKU Stroke and Sai Po Center on Ageing, HKU, won the Smart Ageing Gold Award. As we explained, our vision in developing the WeRISE App is to facilitate risk factor control and management of stroke patients to prevent recurrent stroke, provide a barrier-free support through technology, and empower stroke patients and also the community.
