We were honored to invite Ms. Mo Sin Ling, a medical social worker and director at the Patient Resource Center, Queen Mary Hospital and the director, Ms. Lam Yuen Ha, to explain the function of the WeRISE App for stroke patients and their caregivers. They reported that “Educational Resources” provide supportive information for outpatients and caring tips for careers including stress relieving measures. Moreover, “Resource Map” is a rich source of community information as well as support for patients and their family members along the stroke journey and rehabilitation.
