Blood pressure is usually difficult to control after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), and this increases the risk of ICH recurrence and subsequent stroke.🚨 Quickly achieving blood pressure targets is crucial to reduce these risks. As many ICH patients need multiple antihypertensive medications, early use of triple antihypertensive therapy is the key! 💊💊💊
However, not everyone is suitable for this approach, especially in older patients and those with milder hypertension. That's where the TRICH score comes in! 🌟 This score predicts the need for ≥3 antihypertensive medications after ICH, helping tailor stroke treatment to each individual and improve blood pressure control through the targeted use of triple therapy. 🎯
