We will be holding❤️【Together We Care For Stroke】Exhibition at Cityplaza at the end of October, among World Stroke Day, to raise awareness of stroke prevention and management, as well as community support to stroke patients and caregivers. HKU Stroke looks forward to the event in collaboration with Swire Properties, the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation and the Hong Kong Stroke Association. In response to the World Stroke Day, and the tendency of young stroke, "Together We Care for Stroke" exhibition connects everyone who cares about your health, and reminds the public and their families to live a healthy lifestyle by introducing the causes, prevention and treatment of stroke.
💜Dr Lau and You
Dr Gary Lau - Clinical Associate Professor in Neurology and Director of HKU Stroke, HKUMed, and his team mainly investigate into the cause, prevention and treatment of stroke, and are also passionate about public health education in enhancing stroke literacy of the general public. Dr Lau and the HKU Stroke team will provide free health check up and consultation service, including blood pressure measurement and atrial fibrillation screening, to help prevent and fight stroke.

Co-curator local illustrator Nothing Serious has created a series of heartwarming illustrations telling the story of love and strength of stroke patients and their carers.
💜Blood Pressure Monitor Charity Sale
Limited to 100 sets only, OMRON bluetooth upper Arm Blood pressure monitors will be offered for charity sale at HK$300 each. All proceeds will go to The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation and The Hong Kong Stroke Association.
